HISTORY

The company began in January of 1987 as a single man operation. The owner has over thirty years of experience in petroleum equipment,  service station and garage equipment field. The company has expanded and now covers customers through out Central and Southern California. Through “Quality” service, responsiveness, competitive pricing, and efficient job completion time, we have developed a customer base, which includes Edison International, Sempra Energy, The Gas Co, San Diego Gas and Electric, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Ryder Truck Rental, Penske Truck Leasing, Vanguard, Hertz, Alamo Car Rental, Laidlaw Bus, , and various municipalities and school districts etc... Our growth has been primarily due to continued efforts in customer satisfaction and quality job performance.

 

CURRENT OPERATIONS

Our employee technical training program consists of on the job training, technical seminars, manufacturer’s certification training, and in house sessions. Our training both managerial and technical is on a continuing basis. Technicians are trained to make the right technical decisions when performing out in the field. We consistently strive for "Zero" defects or callbacks. Our safety program is also an ongoing practice that covers continual employee awareness and monthly meetings to cover specific safety topics.
 
 

OPEN DOOR POLICY

We maintain an “Open Door Policy” and solicit ideas from our employees, customers, sub-contractors, and vendors. If you have any concerns or suggestions on how to improve our operations, we want you to tell us. R.Y. Rodriguez, Inc. wants to see every problem addressed responsibly.

FUTURE OPERATIONS

Continue to expand the customer service coverage as the clientele requirement demands. We will continually strive for better and more efficient office and technical operations.
